Your first appointment time is 60 minutes. A 75 Minute appointment is best for extensive soft tissue damage, complex injury or multiple areas of concern.

What to Expect
All appointment times include one-on-one consultation (initial appointment- review your medical history with you), address your concerns, assessment procedures, design a personalized treatment plan, which may include a variety of massage techniques and modalities, hydrotherapy, stretching/ strengthening, remedial exercise, and patient education.
For assessment purposes please bring a pair of shorts. For women, also bring a sport bra or loose tank top.
